Submitting your data through this web site is fully optional, although an eventual refusal to supply requested data determines the impossibility to carry out the functions for which those data are asked.

Personal data are collected by telematic means, and managed by means of digital and electronic tools, both directly by Macromicro and by thirds party, for the following purposes:

- purposes connected to the execution of the normal activities of secretariat, contact with the customers, operations of help desk upon request of the customers;

In any case personal data will not be reveald to thirds party. Within Macromicro, operating peoples in charge in the interested departments (Secretariat) are the only people permitted to access those data.

To the senses of art. the 7 of the D. Lgs. 196/2003, you have rights to get informations, from the people in charge within Macromicro, about the management of your data, and about methods and purposes applied to them. Moreover you can:

1) have confirmation about the existence of your data stored in our database, and about data themselves and their origin;
2) know all data about people in charge at Macromicro, and about all the peoples and entities entitled to gain access to those data being in charge or demanded for their management;
3) have your data being updated, corrected or completed;
4) have your data fully removed from your database, or have your data turned into an anonymous format, in case of illegal management;
5) have an official document declarating that operation as reported at points 3) and 4) of this list are brought to the attention of people in charge for management of the data, if possible and if attainable at a reasonable fee;
6) ask to stop data management;
